The new 2019 Jaguar F-Pace SVR is an expected car on the market The Cat Badge has yet to confirm the F-Pace SVR’s existence, but Car And Driver is optimistic, reporting Jaguar already has prototypes up and running. That’s a pretty quick turnaround, considering the SUV just started production. The car has been spotted several times while it was tested.
If Jaguar follows through with an F-Pace SVR, expect the inherently muscular design to take on an even more aggressive demeanor, with many cues taken straight from the F-Type. Weight reduction will be a major focus. The standard F-Pace already tips the scales at about 4,000 pounds. To address issue, expect weight-saving mods such as light alloy wheels, a titanium exhaust, and possible even some composite materials in the construction.
2019 Jaguar F-Pace SVR Release date and Price
We’re looking for a debut of the F-Pace SVR in the first half of 2018.The regular F-Pace starts at $40,990 and goes up to $56,700. Considering the high performance F-Pace would sit amongst the competition plus the fact that it is and SVR, we could say the price would be around $80,000 with the possibility of adding extra.
The design of Jaguar F-Pace SVR
The F-Pace has a sporty look. It mixes the qualities of a traditional SUV like an elevated stance and tall seating position with the refined elegance already present in the rest of the lineup. The rear is like a hatchback version of the F-Type and the front echoes the XE, particularly around the headlight, grille and lower intakes.
The front bumper would receive larger intakes plus a chrome accent along the lower center grille and a glossy black insert. A front splitter, side skirt extensions, and a rear diffuser would enhance the aerodynamics while also bringing the SUV a little closer to the ground, both visually and dimensionally.
It might be and SUV but it has luxury-laden cabin where high-end materials and high-tech amenities complement generous passenger volume. Brushed metal trim, aluminum shift paddles, leather upholstery and customizable ambient lighting would all come standard on the F-Pace SVR. The new 2019 Jaguar F-Pace SVR should offer the latest iteration of its InControl system, including navigation, Bluetooth connectivity and smartphone app support. A large touchscreen mounted in the center console will be controlling it all. The SVR would also get sportier seats, boasting big lateral bolsters and quilted-leather upholstery, plus a heating function. Options would include new upholstery colors, plus driver’s aides like automatic braking, lane-keep assist, and parking assist.
